Trespass Letter
for Businesses

The law requires written trespass notices to be updated yearly and notarized if enforcement is to be conducted for trespass violations. To ensure all information remains current and to facilitate continued cooperation, the City of Upland Police Department requests that all interested businesses complete and return the downloadable trespass letter template below. Please include a letterhead (if necessary), the date, address and provide a signature on the template. The document must also be notarized.
