The City of Upland, in collaboration with SBCo Fire, is bringing the Bleed Safe Community Program to Pacific Community Center!
Join us on Wednesday, September 25, 2025 from 10AM-12PM.
This free, hands-on class will teach you how to stay calm and act fast in a bleeding emergency. You’ll learn:
– Bleeding control and first aid techniques
– Emergency response protocols
– How to use tourniquets, bandages, and other life-saving tools
No medical background is needed! This training is for parents, coaches, local businesses, and community members who want to be prepared to help when it matters most.
