Bike Raffle Rules & Restrictions

  1. Raffle ticket prices are 1 ticket $20, 3 tickets for $50, and 7 tickets for $100. Paid by credit card, check, or cash only.
  2. Live drawing will take place at Tour de Foothills Vendor Village on Saturday, November 8th, 2025 at approximately 4:00 PM.
  3. Purchase of ticket(s) are NOT eligible for a charitable tax deduction per IRS Regulations. Please consult your tax advisor.
  4. Winner need not to be present to win and will be notified by Upland Chamber of Commerce within 24 hours.
  5. Tickets must be paid at the time of purchase. Only prepaid tickets will be entered into drawing.
  6. Tickets may be purchased in person at the ticket booth, (check, cash, or credit card), chamber events, Tour de Foothills marketing events, through mail in requests (check, cash, or credit card), over the phone 909.204.4465 (credit card). TICKETS ARE NOT SOLD ONLINE.
  7. A total of four (4) tickets will be drawn. 1st ticket is for the main prize of the OKAI LyteCycle EB60. 2nd, 3rd, and 4th tickets will be for the chance to win a OKAI ES520B Scooter.
  8. Winning tickets must be redeemed within 30 days of drawing. Winning tickets forfeit their prize after 30 days from drawing date.
  9. If not present, winners must make arrangements to pick up prize at the Upland Chamber of Commerce office located at 215 N 2nd Ave Suite D in Downtown Upland.
