History of the Aghchikian Family
Back in the 1970s, at a plant in Rockland County, New York, one of the previous owners mastered the art of cheese making. Over time, George and Rose Aghchikian opened Victor’s Cheese and Deli in Palisades Parkway, New Jersey, where they produced various types of cheese. After selling their business in 1986, they moved to California.
The Aghchikian family has invested their time and knowledge in providing the best quality cheese. Today, King Cheese offers a variety of cheeses, including California’s original hand braided Armenian String Cheese, which the company has specialized in over the years. Always evolving.
King Cheese is a local food company specializing in ready-to-eat, hand-crafted products and rolls of imported meats with cheeses called Spirella Mini’s.
